Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, you will be required to submit valid identity documents, which may include: a Malaysian National Registration Identity Card (NRIC / MyKad), a valid passport, a driver's licence, and proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months). KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vipcuci will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify vipcuci's support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Where vipcuci identifies that a single individual holds multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names — vipcuci reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated winnings, and forfeit any bonus credits held in those Accounts.
By using the vipcuci platform, you agree to the following terms of acceptable use:
vipcuci accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow (Bank Negara Malaysia's instant transfer system), FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Players at the Royal Onyx VIP tier benefit from enhanced withdrawal limits. Specific limits applicable to your Account are displayed within your Account dashboard.
Deposits via DuitNow and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are credited instantly. Deposits via FPX bank transfer are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. Withdrawal requests for KYC-verified Accounts are processed within the same business day for most payment methods. vipcuci does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the vipcuci platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). vipcuci does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT, ETH) are accepted and converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit.
Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used to make deposits wherever technically possible. vipcuci reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of the payment method used.

Sports betting odds on the vipcuci platform are offered on a wide range of events including English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other major sporting competitions. Odds are subject to change prior to the settlement of a bet. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, the quoted odds are locked. vipcuci reserves the right to void bets placed on events subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or subject to administrative irregularity.
In the event of a technical failure, system error, or software malfunction that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, or account balances, vipcuci reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore Account balances to their pre-error state. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable system error are not valid and will not be honoured.
vipcuci is not liable for losses or missed winnings arising from interruptions to your internet connection. Where a game supports a "resume" feature following disconnection, the game will be restored to its last confirmed state. Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection when placing wagers.

All content on the vipcuci platform — including but not limited to the vipcuci brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, and all other proprietary materials — is the exclusive property of vipcuci or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vipcuci platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.
Any unauthorised use of vipcuci's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil liability or criminal prosecution under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vipcuci expressly excludes all warranties, representations, or conditions — whether express or implied — relating to the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
vipcuci shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from: game outcomes, sports betting results, payment processing delays, account suspension or closure, or technical failures beyond vipcuci's reasonable control.
vipcuci's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their Account shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
vipcuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Where an Account is closed by vipcuci due to a breach of these Terms, vipcuci reserves the right to forfeit any bonus credits and associated winnings in the Account. Real-money funds deposited by the Player shall be returned to the verified payment source, net of any amounts recoverable by vipcuci under these Terms.
A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting vipcuci's customer support team. Real-money balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the verified payment source within a reasonable processing period, provided all applicable withdrawal conditions have been met.
vipcuci reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, vipcuci will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the vipcuci website with a revised "Last Updated" date. We may also notify Players of significant changes via email to the address registered on their Account.
Your continued use of the vipcuci platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the vipcuci platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
Where a dispute arises between a Player and vipcuci, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct communication with vipcuci's customer support team. vipcuci endeavours to respond to and resolve all Player complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
